Coming from a vineyard that is more than 60 years old, cared for in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way located in Briones. Manual harvest and selection of grapes grain by grain. Vatting of the whole grapes in a French oak vat. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 16 days with three daily pumping overs. The juice is left to macerate with its skins for 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Intense cherry with purple nuances.
Aroma: Red and black fruits with hints of scrubland herbs.
