From the "Finca Calvario" planted in 1945 with care in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Manual harvest and selection of grapes grain by grain. Vatting of the whole grapes in a French oak vat. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 14 days with three daily pumping overs. The juice is left to macerate with its skins for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Intense cherry with purple nuances.
Aroma: Red and black fruits with hints of scrubland herbs.
Taste: Balanced, with the presence of fruit and an excellent tannin structure with a long finish.
