Grapes from vineyards that are more than 55 years old, cared for in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected in the Bodega. The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels at 20 degrees for 28 days. The wine is oak aged for 14 months in French oak barrels with lees and stirring twice a week for the first 7 months.
