From the "Finca Mingortiz" planted in 1964 with care in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Manual harvest and selection of grapes grain by grain. Vatting of the whole grapes in a French oak vat. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 14 days with three daily pumping overs. The juice is left to macerate with its skins for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Cherry red with a ruby rim.
Aroma: Black fruits in compote with mineral memories.
Taste: Silky and intense on the palate, smooth and long on the finish.
