From the "Finca Marure" planted in 1947 with care in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Manual harvest and selection of grapes grain by grain. The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels at 20 degrees for 24 days. The wine is oak aged for 30 months in new French oak barrels.
