Grapes from vineyards that are more than 30 years old, cared for in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected in the Bodega. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 16 days with three daily pumping overs. The juice is left to macerate with its skins for 16 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 5 months in American oak barrels. Made without added sulfites.
Colour: Intense cherry with purple nuances.
