From own vineyards located in Gumiel de Mercado. Vineyards located in the northernmost area of Ribera del Duero and at more than 900 meters of altitude. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Viticulture and organic elaboration. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at low temperature. Maceration is carried out for 17 days. The wine is oak aged for 19 months in 300-litre French oak barrels. Assembly and fine-tuning in a bocoy.

Colour: Bright cherry red.

Aroma: Black fruit in compote with hints of flowers.

Taste: Complex, elegant and unctuous with a long and persistent finish.
