From vineyards over 100 years old located in Tubilla del Lago. Vineyards located in the northernmost area of Ribera del Duero and at more than 900 meters of altitude. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Viticulture and organic elaboration. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at low temperature. Maceration is carried out for 12 days. The wine is oak aged for 14 months in 300-litre French oak barrels. Assembly and fine-tuning in a concrete tank.
