From the freshest vineyards located in Tubilla del Lago. Vineyards located in the northernmost area of Ribera del Duero and at more than 930 meters of altitude. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Viticulture and organic elaboration. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at low temperature for 29 days. The wine is aged for 6 months on its own lees in a concrete tank with weekly stirring.
