From the "El Holgazán" vineyard, located in Tubilla del Lago. Vineyards located in the northernmost area of Ribera del Duero and at more than 920 meters of altitude. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Viticulture and organic elaboration. The wine is oak aged for 6 months in 300-litre French oak barrels. Assembly and fine-tuning for 6 months in a concrete tank.
