From vineyards over 45 years old located in San Vicente. The grapes are harvested by hand and collected in 12 kg crates and taken to the winery where the best grapes are then selected using a selection table. The wine is made from unpressed free-run juice. The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 10 months inside the same oak barrels.
Colour: Yellow with golden notes. Very clean and bright.
Aroma: Flowers and sweet fruits, pear, grapefruit skin and vanilla.
Taste: Velvety and good volume. Good balance between the acidity from the grapefruit, pear, apricot and mandarin skin aroma and oak. Long lasting and silky.
