The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The grapes are pressed and maceration takes place in stainless steel vats. The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels and the wine is oak aged for 12 months on its lees in the same oak barrels. A frequent battonage is carried out.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Yellow hues with green reflections. Bright and clean.
Aroma: Floral notes and a sensation of citrus fruits, sweet fruits and honey. Toasted notes which come from the oak barrel.
Taste: Voluminous, with citric notes integrated with the new oak barrels. Long and persistent.
