The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. The fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and the juice is left to macerate with its skins. The Malolactic fermentation takes place inside French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. The wine is then bottle aged for a minimum of 36 months.

Aroma: Potent and elegant with a subtle presence of oak.
