The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The wine is made using stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The fermentation is carried out using the whole grape, including the skins. The wine is oak aged for 18 months in French Allier oak barrel.
Colour: Intense, bright ruby red.
Aroma: Elegant aroma of black fruits which are well integrated with the aromas from the French oak.
Taste: Rounded with well integrated tannins. Powerful and expressive with a long finish.
