This wine is made using stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The maceration and fermentation was carried out with the grape skins. The malolactic fermentation takes place inside French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and then for 6 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Intense scarlet red.
Aroma: Complex and elegant. Red fruits and spices.
Taste: Fresh, velvety and powerful. Good balance between the fruit and the oak. Powerful with depth.
