The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Fermentation and maceration take place with the grape skins still present. The malolactic fermentation takes place inside oak vats or oak barrels. The wine is the oak aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and then for 3 months in French oak vats.
Colour: Bright, ruby red.
Aroma: Complex, balanced and elegant. Blackberries, spices and tobacco which are well integrated with the aromas from the barrel.
Taste: Silky and full bodied with fruity notes.
