Grape from the ecological vineyard “Carravalseca”. The grapes are harvested by hand and collected in 15 kg crates and taken to the winery where the best grapes are then selected using a selection table. Fermentation at 25°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is oak aged for 14 months using new French and American oak barrels.
Colour: Intense cherry well covered, clean and bright.
Aroma: Intense and complex with hints of raspberry, currant, dairy and roasted.
Taste: Voluminous, with hints of candied fruit, well structured and balanced.
