The grapes are harvested by hand and put into 350 kg crates. Fermentation at 28°C in stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 4 months in American oak barrels.

Aroma: Medium intensity with notes of ripe red fruit with well integrated oak.
