Grape from the ecological vineyard “Carravalseca”. The grapes are harvested by hand and collected in 15 kg crates and taken to the winery where the best grapes are then selected using a selection table. The grapes are macerated at a controlled, cool temperature. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 20 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Intense cherry well covered, clean and bright.
Aroma: Intense, complex and elegant with hints of ripe black fruits, cocoa and minerals.
