The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. Stainless steel vats are used for fermentation which is carried out at a controlled temperature. Oak barrels are used for the malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 19 months in oak barrels.
Colour: Cherry red with purple tones with a garnet rim.
Aroma: Ripe fruit with flowery notes of violet. Spicy with a hint of oak. Intense and elegant.
Taste: Well balanced with good acidity.
