The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The skins and juice are left together at a cool temperature. French and American oak barrels are used for the fermentation and the wine is left with its own lees for 10 months in the same barrels.

Colour: Straw coloured yellow with green hues.
Aroma: Peach, pear, lychee, pineapple and banana. Citric notes, vanilla with a floral background.
