The grapes are selected and picked by hand from various vineyards located in Rioja Alta. The skins and must are left to soak together at a controlled temperature. Fine grain, new, French oak barrels are used for the fermentation and the wine is aged in the same oak barrels for 20 months.
Colour: Cherry red with garnet tones. Bright and clean.
Aroma: Ripe red fruit and raisins. Eucalyptus, spicy and mineral notes.
Taste: Well balanced, fresh and very intense.
