Valserrano Blanco Fermentado en Barrica.
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. They are then pressed lightly and the grape juice is submitted to a rigorous settling process. The fermentation is carried out inside new French oak barrels. The ageing takes place in the presence of the lees for 6 months in the same barrels and battonage is carried out every week.
Colour: Yellow with green notes. Very clean and bright.
Aroma: Floral with hints of sweet fruits, pear, grapefruit skin and sweet spices such as vanilla.
Taste: Velvety and good volume. Good balance between the acidity from the grapefruit, and mandarin skin aroma and the oak. Long lasting and silky.
