The grapes are hand selected and harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature with a long maceration of the grape skins. Oak ageing takes place in French and American oak barrels for 24 months. The wine will evolve well in the bottle.
Colour: Garnet red.
Aroma: Intense with aromas of blackcurrants and spices. A hint of fig, cocoa and coconut.
Taste: Full bodied with good presence of ripe fruit, blackcurrant and cherry jam. Spicy with a floral touch, slightly mineral. Potent and delicious.
