The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery's own vineyards. The grapes are macerated and fermented at a controlled, cool temperature inside stainless steel vats. Oak ageing is carried out for 18 months inside French and American barrels.
Colour: Medium cherry red with blue tinges.
Aroma: Fresh with subtle aromas of ripe red fruits. Reminiscences of flowers and spices with hints of liquorice.
