The grapes are selected grape by grape, by hand form old vineyards using a vibrating sorting table. The grape skins are macerated with their juice in stainless steel vats and the juice is fermented slowly. French oak barrels are used for the malolactic fermentation. New French oak barrels are then used for the oak ageing for 14 months.
Colour: Bright and concentrated with a cherry red rim.
Aroma: Red fruits and flowers. Well put together and complex.
Taste: Full bodied, enveloping and expressive. Good presence of red fruits and minerality which are well blended with the oak. Persistent.
