The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. Stainless steel vats are used for the fermentation at a controlled temperature and the grapes are macerated for 15 days. French and american oak barrels are used for the oak ageing for 20 months.

Aroma: Intense with fruit and vanilla notes. Spicy with hints of cinnamon.
