From vineyards over 70 years old located in “Alto Najerilla” and “Valle del Oja”. The grapes are harvested by hand and put into 20 kg crates. Short maceration with their skins. Selection of 50% of the first must that comes out by gravity "Mosto Flor". The grapes are fermented by stirring its lees in oak barrels for 4 months.
