The grape harvest is carried out by hand. Fermentation in large oak wood vats at controlled temperature. Aging for 22 months in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels made in the winery itself. Clarified with fresh egg whites before bottling.
Colour: Ruby red of medium high intensity.
Aroma: Fruits of the forest which harmonise well with the oak.
Taste: Elegant, balanced, with good acidity and a long finish.
