The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery's own vineyards. Fermentation in large oak wood vats at controlled temperature. Maceration is carried out for 14-16 days. Aging for 36 months in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels made in the winery itself. Clarified with fresh egg whites before bottling. Minimum rest for 36 months in the bottle.
Colour: Cherry red with a ruby rim.
Aroma: Elegant with hints of berries and spices.
