From older own vineyards located in Haro. The grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the winery where the best grapes are then selected using a selection table. Macerated and later fermented with its skins in French oak bocoy. The wine is oak aged for 18 months inside a bocoy. The wine is then bottle aged for a minimum of 18 months.
Colour: Yellow hues with green reflections.
Aroma: Floral with hints of stone fruit and quince.
Taste: Mild acidity well integrated with the skins of the ripe fruit. Glyceric and long.
