Selected manual harvest of grapes from a plot of more than 30 years with very limited yield. The fermentation takes place in French oak vats. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. The wine is then bottle aged for a minimum of 20 months.

Aroma: Souvenir of forest fruits, liquorice, spices, black pepper and cocoa.
