Selected manual harvest of grapes from a plot of more than 30 years with very limited yield. The fermentation takes place in French oak vats. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Minimum rest for 20 months in the bottle.
