From the "San Andrés" vineyard, located in San Vicente. The grapes are harvested by hand and put into 12 kg crates. The grape clusters are manually shelled grain by grain. Maceration is carried out for 5 days. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 14 months inside the same oak barrels with its own lees.
