From the "Finca San Prudencio" planted in 1926 with care in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. The grapes are harvested by hand and collected in 12 kg crates and taken to the winery where the best grapes are then selected using a selection table. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank. The wine is oak aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
