From the "Las Torcas" vineyard, located in Labastida. The grapes are harvested by hand and put into 14 kg crates. The wine is macerated for 24 hours. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine is oak aged for 9 months in new rumanian oak barrels.

Colour: Cherry with violet hues.

Aroma: Blue flowers, wild blackberries, leaf litter, pepper and nutmeg.

Taste: Balanced and fresh with fruit presence.
