The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery´s own vineyards. The fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. The wine is oak aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Colour: Intense, deeb cherry red.
Aroma: Ripe black fruit and wild berries mixed with toasted aromas. Mineral with notes of vanilla and cedar.
Flavour: Warming and enveloping, marked with flavours of ripe red and black berries combined well together. Elegant, long lasting and pleasant.
