The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery's own vineyards for more than 70 years. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The Malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Aroma: Black fruits such as blackberry. A hint of spices such as black pepper, sandalwood, clove and toasted notes from the Oak.
