From the vineyards "El Pomal" planted in 1912 and "Calvarios" planted in 1915 in Leza. The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes and double selection table of bunches and grapes. Fermented in a small concrete tank. The wine is oak aged for 12 months in a 700-liter concrete tank and a 600-liter French oak barrel.
