From the "Chillaran" vineyard, located in Labastida. The grapes are harvested by hand and put into 14 kg crates. Fermented in concrete eggs. The wine is oak aged for 12 months on its lees in the same concrete eggs. Bottle aged for 18 months.

Aroma: Hints of grapefruit and white flowers.
Taste: Refreshing, acidic with good salinity and volume.
