The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels and the wine is oak aged for 6 months on its lees in the same oak barrels. Battonage is carried out twice per week.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Yellow hues with green reflections. Bright and clean.
Aroma: Floral notes and a sensation of citrus fruits, sweet fruits and honey. Toasted notes which come from the oak barrel.
Taste: Voluminous, with citric notes integrated with the new oak barrels. Long and persistent.
