The grapes are harvested by hand during the second week of September. The skins are cold macerated with the must for 24 hours. The wine is fermented in concrete tanks of 2.000 liters. The wine is aged for 8 months in a Oak Foudre of 2.500 liters.

Aroma: Spectacular aroma of apricot jan with a background of white flowers.
