From a centenary vineyard, ecological and biodynamic "El Carasol" planted in 1901 in Region I of Winkler and Amerine. The grape harvest is carried out by hand in the winery's own vineyard. The juice is left to macerate with its skins for 6 weeks. The alcoholic and the malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Cherry red with a ruby rim.
