The grape harvest is carried out by hand in the winery's own vineyard for more than 70 years. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature. Ageing takes place using new French and American oak barrels which have undergone a medium toasting.
Colour: Deep cherry red.
Aroma: Complex and intense mix of ripe black forest fruits which harmonise well with the toasted oak.
